THE PHANTOM OR FRAUD PROJECT
Unfortunately, we lost the
Phantom or Fraud Project's website recently due to problems outside of our
control, and all the information and research will now need to be built into a
new website, but here's the basics of what we are about...
The Phantom or Fraud
Project was set up around 10 years ago by Ross Hemsworth and Graham Matthews,
and is now run by Ross and his partner Penny as Graham moved on to other
projects. We sincerely wish Graham the very best on his new path of discovery.
The concepts of Phantom
or Fraud were simple:
1. To
scientifically examine anomalous phenomena
2. To "name and shame" obviously fraudulent mediums and to give good
publicity to those who appear to have a genuine gift.
3. To put forward evidence and let the world decide
It was also, always our
intention to publish photographs, video and other evidence of our
investigations, to work with other investigation groups
The Phantom or Fraud

Investigations have taken
place all over the world at allegedly haunted houses, sites of strange phenomena
(such as the alleged New Jersey Vortex) and mysterious and ancient sites
such as West Kennet Long Barrow, Stonehenge and Avebury Stone Circle.
Team members change from
time to time, but one thing remains static - the belief that out there
somewhere, is the answer to many of the unsolved mysteries of our time. Ross
Hemsworth said recently "95% of
reported phenomena has a logical or rational explanation, but the person or
organisation that finds an answer to the other 5% will be written into history
and will have made possibly the greatest step forward in science since records
began".
