One of the hardest blogs I have ever had to write

This is probably one of the hardest blogs I have had to write for some time as I find myself having to defend myself against a number of false accusations being made against me by that fool in Bo’Ness Edinburgh who now seems intent on trying to destroy my life whilst he himself is the one in massive police trouble, facing serious criminal charges and extradition to serve life in a tough US prison.

So let’s go through the accusations one at a time:-

Let’s start with the accusation made by him (having spoken it would seem with my ex wife who has carried her own similar campaign) about the CSA liability order. When I left the marital home she was left with all the savings (£110,000), I left her the house and all its contents (equity available over £150,000), her car, and a business purchased as a franchise for £10,000. I feel that was enough to bring up my daughters and was a “full and final settlement”. But then she went to the CSA for more, and I refused. I also took all the debt from the marriage which eventually forced me into bankruptcy. I was discharged from that bankruptcy after just 7 months as they knew it was not my fault, and the debt was satisfied.

Gillingham FC - Now there are accusations based on a claim made against me whilst I was trying to rescue my home football club many years ago when it went in liquidation. I declared openly that I was on benefits at that time but had a couple of millionaire friends willing to back a takeover who would put me on a salary to run the club if the takeover was successful. However someone decided to make it public that I was on benefits and the deal fell through. No-one was “ripped off” and no-one was “conned” as is being claimed on Howes website.

Michael Snowling v Ross Hemsworth. Snowling was a very close friend of a clairvoyant who worked for me on the TV series Ghost Detectives and invested in a TV company I ran at the time. He however always refused to put anything in writing which I found suspicious. the clairvoyant’s husband warned me he was a “wrong-un” and said that he had a visit from “some heavies” making some very aggressive threats on behalf of this “kind little old councillor from Norfolk“. I didn’t believe it at the time, he seemed so nice but boy was I proven to be wrong. He took me to court and told the court UNDER OATH that this was a “personal loan” which he knew damn well it wasn’t, but with an expensive team of barristers and me defending myself, he won! they even gave him expenses for a hotel room in Exeter with said clairvoyant in tow! (Leaving his wife at home!)

The Paypal Accounts
Howes tries to make out that some kind of “con” is going on with our Paypal accounts! There are two accounts, one that takes donations to help us finance and run Now THAT’S Weird, and an old personal Paypal account which has of late been used for a “legal fighting fund” (all proceeds from which have now been donated to Gary McKinnon’s legal fight) and this account is now therefore again dormant. The accounts have statements which once again prove Howes to be making libellous, defamtory and totally untrue claims on his website!

Howes’ tries to paint me as some kind on con-man, whilst he himself faces charges of supplying chemicals used in the making of CLASS A DRUGS, and the following Sunday newspaper article clearly shows he is a “kiddie-fiddler” - the worse kind of crime known to man! Who’s the one with criminal charges against him? Who is the REAL criminal here?

I may have made some bad decisions in my life, and may have made some business errors of judgement, but I have never knowingly conned anyone. Surely if I had done, it would be ME with the criminal record!!

I am hurt and damaged by his attacks, but I am thick skinned and can take it. It is the effect it has had on innocent people by association that has made me angry enough to retaliate to his postings.

My “crime” was that I allowed this man an hour on my radio show before I knew his background as a suipporter of the campaign against the unfair US/UK extradition treaty. During that show he said that rather than face life in prison in America, his wife was going to “commit suicide” and he added “if she goes, I go” - therefore being a “suicide pact“. He wanted sympathy from my audience, but many of them turned on him wondering how any parent living with five young children could do such a thing. So he then turned on ME!!!

I worry for the safety of Mr Howes’ children and those of neighbouring families, as in my opinion this man is not of a stable state of mind. He is in fact saying on Twitter that he is “about to go on hunger strike” - another plea for sympathy in my opinion! He also claims on his website to have suffered “brain damage” after his last hunger strike!

I am saddened that I have had to write a blog like this defending myself, but the irony is that some enemies of mine have linked themselves with this fool by adding cowardly posts under aliases on his website, but I know who most of you are!

I suggest you ALL write to WORDPRESS his web hosts and complain about his bullying, abuse and attacks on me as so far, they have refused to have his postings removed, which in my eyes makes them as guilty as him.
